This is a 5-day/4-night Tokyo itinerary covering arrival in Tokyo, city sightseeing, Mt. Fuji & Hakone, and Tokyo Disneyland. On Day 1, you arrive at Narita or Haneda Airport, meet the representative, transfer to your hotel by seat-in-coach, check in after 15:00 hrs, and have free time to relax, with dinner on your own. Day 2 includes a full-day panoramic Tokyo tour by Hato Bus covering Meiji Shrine, Imperial Palace Plaza, Senso-ji Temple, Nakamise Shopping Street, Ginza, Tokyo Station, Hamarikyu Gardens and Tokyo Tower, with lunch included, followed by return to the hotel on your own. Day 3 is a full-day Mt. Fuji and Hakone tour covering Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Lake Ashi Cruise and Komagatake Ropeway, with lunch included, returning to the Shinjuku area in the evening. Day 4 is dedicated to Tokyo Disneyland, including a normal admission pass, with meals and transfers on your own. On Day 5, after breakfast and check-out, you will transfer to Narita International Airport by seat-in-coach for your flight back home.

Confirmation Policy
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be communicated for customer confirmation.
- If the customer does not accept the alternate schedule, a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 75.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

Payment Policy
- 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
- For bookings made within 7 days of travel date, 100% payment is required upfront.
- All payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or credit/debit card. Cash payments are not accepted for security reasons.
